Assistant Case Manager, Training Manager and Risk Assessor

Emma has been working in the health and social care field since 1993 and qualified as a registered nurse for people with learning disabilities in 1998.

Emma worked in a variety of NHS hospital based and community care settings in a nursing and training capacity, mainly in the field of adults and children with complex and multiple diabilities before joining CRM Ltd in 2003.

Emma moved from primarily nursing into teaching in 2005 and since then has expanded the courses CRM Ltd can offer to both health and social care staff to meet their ongoing training requirements and developmental needs.

Emma is also a qualified back care advisor and risk assessor, in healthcare settings for people being supported within their own homes. ¬†Our client’s safety and well-being is of paramount importance and, we believe, our provision of risk assessment is unrivalled.
