Support Workers<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Bespoke support worker packages from 1 hour to 24 hours per day.
\n\u2022 Support workers especially recruited\u00a0for the client with client involvement\u00a0at every stage.
\n\u2022 Support workers contracted to work to individual care packages ensuring continuity of care\/support.
\n\u2022 On call system 24 hours per day,\u00a07 days a week, 365 days per year for our staff and clients.<\/div>
\u2022 CRM employs all of their staff through\u00a0a vigorous recruitment process that involves the client and their family,\u00a0if desired, at each stage.
\n\u2022 Full mandatory and client specific training given including all nursing procedures that may be required.
\n\u2022 All staff will be trained to NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
