Our story

Our Founder and Managing Director, Emma Bradley-Bond, created CRM after recognising a severe lack of care providers who could specialise in rehabilitation at home for people in Chesterfield and Derbyshire.

With 25 years’ experience in nursing and over 20 years spent specifically working within brain and spinal trauma care and rehabilitation, Emma has been a nurse and case manager since 1995, and holds a BSC (Hons) in Neuroscience.

A hands-on director, Emma is CRM’s lead case manager and also acts as an expert in the field of formulation and delivery of bespoke care plans for people who have experienced brain and spinal cord trauma.

Today, CRM is proud to have a reputation of providing first-class home rehabilitation support packages for people with acquired brain and spinal cord injury or trauma.

 We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our on-call system to give our clients and their families the support they need, when they need it.

Our support workers and nurses are trained according to each specific client they work with, in-house by our registered nurses and experienced care trainers.
