How we can help
CRM is a specialist team of highly experienced and qualified case managers, care coordinators, nurses and support workers. With over 30 yearsโ experience in complex care, we provide first-class complex care and rehabilitation support for people who live with a disease, disorder or injury within their own home.
We are fully registered with the CQC in TDDI, which is a mandatory legal requirement for health and care providers in England delivering clinical or complex care, ensuring safe, qualified care for persons at home or in residential settings.
We involve our clients in the recruitment process of their carers, ensuring that they are supported by people they are suited to, and can trust.
Our carers are recruited specifically for individual clients, ensuring continuity of care and support.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our on-call system to give our clients and their families the support they need, when they need it.
We offer 1 to 24 hours a day home care through our support packages.
Our carers are trained according to each specific client they work with, in-house by our registered nurses and experienced care trainers.
All of our staff are trained to NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
