Support Packages
Our care support packages are developed according to individual client needs, circumstances and preferences.
What is a Support Package?
Whereas Case Management covers the planning and coordination of care, a support package refers to the specific service delivered to the individual. Think of it as the โWhatโ, whilst Case Management is the โHowโ.
At CRM, we develop bespoke support packages providing 24 hours of care either on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis. The level and type of support required always varies for each person we care for, so weโll always ensure to tailor our care plans to each clientsโ needs and preferences.
Our approach
We provide a personal approach to everything we do, always taking into account the needs, and feelings, of the individual in need of care, as well as their family, loved ones and wider support team.
We involve our clients in the recruitment process of their nurses and support workers, ensuring that they are supported by people they are suited to, and can trust.
Our nurses and support workers are recruited specifically for individual clients, ensuring continuity of care and support.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our on-call system to give our clients and their families the support they need, when they need it.
We offer 1 to 24 hours a day home care through our support packages.
Our support workers and nurses are trained according to each specific client they work with, in-house by our registered nurses and experienced care trainers.
We support staff to be trained in a NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
