Community Rehabilitation Management Ltd was established in 1998 by founder and managing director Emma Bradley-Bond, having over 25 years’s experience in nursing and over 20 years specifically within brain and spinal trauma care and rehabilitation. Emma has been a case manager since 1995, is a registered nurse and has a BSC (Hons) in Neuroscience.

Emma recognised the need for rehabilitation in the home and has actively promoted this discipline.  A hands-on director, Emma is lead case manager and also acts as an expert in the field of formulation and delivery of bespoke care plans for people who have experienced brain and spinal cord trauma.

CRM Ltd has a reputation of providing first class home rehabilitation packages for people with acquired brain and spinal cord injury or trauma and who are experiencing significant physical, intellectual, emotional, behavioural, social and vocational impairments.

We mainly receive referrals from personal injury solicitors but also accept self-referrals from continuing care and social services should this be appropriate in your personal circumstances.

Our key principle is to support diversity through bespoke care packages empowering clients through active rehabilitation programmes.

We adopt holistic approach setting short, mid and long-term goals to achieve the best possible outcomes in each case.
