CRM Ltd mainly directly employs hand picked staff with relevant qualifications and experience. Recruitment is a fully collaborative process between our clients and their families to ensure a perfect match between the support worker and the environment in which they will work. Our support workers provide both emotional and practical support in the home environment, enabling clients to attain the highest possible independence and quality of life. In some cases our clients prefer to use agency staff and we will, of course, support the decision that is right for the individual whilst ensuring client safety and care.
