• Bespoke support worker packages from 1 hour to 24 hours per day.
• Support workers especially recruited for the client with client involvement at every stage.
• Support workers contracted to work to individual care packages ensuring continuity of care/support.
• On call system 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year for our staff and clients.

• CRM employs all of their staff through a vigorous recruitment process that involves the client and their family, if desired, at each stage.
• Full mandatory and client specific training given including all nursing procedures that may be required.
• All staff will be trained to NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• All in-house training is performed by Registered Nurses
